COACHING
Leadership Coaching
- Confidential, guided conversations with your coach to help you move to clarity in thinking and close gaps between knowing and doing. Through active listening, questions, some tools and paradigms, and your insights, you can move forward more clearly as a person and in your leadership role.
- Coaching engagements are typically 6 sessions, approximately every two weeks, a total of about three months.
Management Coaching
- As a manager, giving oversight to people, overseeing the implementation of systems and strategies, and leading your staff, you occasionally need a place to think clearly so that you can manage better, be able to move forward positively, or make a major shift. A coach walks with you with guided and intentional conversations, actively listening, sometimes challenging, sometimes using tools and paradigms, and being present with you to help you as a person and a manager to be more effective and whole.
- Coaching engagements are typically 6 sessions, approximately every 2 weeks, a total of about 3 months.
